His key marketing and telecom positions as CEO of HispaniCom (a leading marketing firm addressing the growing Hispanic Markets), COO of CBS TeleNoticias (Leading Spanish-Language News Network), Strategy and Marketing VP of PepsiCo Latin America, CEO of the Second Largest PepsiCo International Franchise Group, and CEO of Electropura and Garci Crespo (the largest bottled water operation in Mexico), have made him an expert in understanding and influencing perception and attitude among Hispanics.
He has been counselor to several important Hispanic political personalities and has played key advisory roles in major political campaigns, including elections for Presidents and Governors in Mexico, Presidential campaign in Venezuela and key liaison with Latin American Governments during the first Presidential campaign of Ronald Reagan.
John brings a vast multicultural experience, having lived in 10 countries. He holds a BA in Business, with minors in Economics and Psychology from the University of the Americas in Mexico, a Business Post-Graduate Diploma from Harvard, an MBA from IMD (Switzerland) and an Honorary Degree from the Mexican Academy of International Law.
